Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy Thank you for choosing Nance Universal Technical School for your HVACR training needs. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled class. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following class cancellation policy: • Cancellation Notice & Fee: We request a minimum of 7-day advance notice for any class cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee. • Cancellation Fee: If you fail to provide the required notice for class cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of that class. The cancellation fee will be applied to the payment method provided during the booking process. • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your class, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class without giving prior notice, you will be classified as a "no-show." No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the class fee. The charge will be good for a one-time credit to be used within 90 days. The credit may be assigned to any employee at your discretion. • Other Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives. • Communication: To cancel or reschedule your class, please refer to the booking confirmation email. We recommend that you obtain a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling from our team to ensure proper record-keeping. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business. By booking classes with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
